Roberto Williams, ROWI, worked as a political cartoonist and illustrator for Diario La Prensa in the 70s and 80s.

He studied graphic design and education in the USA.

In 1974 was mentored by famous Cuban political cartoonist Antonio Prohias, creator of the Sinister Man for Revista Bohemia and Spy Vs. Spy
for the prestigious humor magazine MAD.

Rowi continued Antonio's work in Latin American Affairs during the Cold War.

Rowi has been working and defending ideals that support democracy, liberty, and constitutional rights for the last fifty years.
